logically, i would start by finding the code sequences that generate the error message, and then analyze each one until i found the one causing the problem. instead of an "engineer", maybe you need a programmer who can read the code and figure out the problem. when i connect to upload the payroll, everything works fine.

Intuit could have been more proactive and notified anyone using the Tax Center, that there is an issue with W-2's. it is obviously a programming issue within the Payroll tax center and the connection between it and the desktop. this worked for years and now all of a sudden, it doesn't work and your "engineers" haven't been able to fix it. i have gone through the entire list of comments and see that this started months ago, as it did for me.
